Safe Harbors of the Hudson is co-sponsoring the first-ever Newburgh Fringe Festival on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, October 24th through the 26th. The Air Pirates Radio Theater will present two live performances of “Tica Maroo, Space Cadet” at the Newburgh Fringe Festival. On Friday, October 24th see the show at the Ritz Theatre Stagehouse on Ann Street (behind the Ritz) at 9pm. On Sunday, August 26th, the Air Pirates will close out the Fringe Festival with an encore performance in the Lobby of the Ritz Theatre.
Who are the Air Pirates? They are a small group of voice actors who act out the parts of a play with their voices only, becoming a cast of dozens, while you – the audience – play the essential role of providing the sound effects.
