PARADE
The festivities start with the Halloween Parade leaving Pine Grove Street (Near YMCA) and will end at the Kingston Plaza (Baseball Field near Hannaford). All community organizations, businesses, churches, individuals, groups and residents are welcome. Vehicles, walkers and bands are encouraged!!
Parade line up is 12:00pm
Parade leaves at 2:00pm
Parade will reach Kingston Plaza by 3:00pm
