An Exciting Agricultural Adventure for Youth

The Country Fair & CCE Orange County invite youth ages 5–18 from communities in Orange County to experience a fun-filled, educational day at The Country Fair!

We’re removing transportation barriers and making it easier than ever for young people to explore farming, food production, and rural traditions.

📅 Date: Saturday, July 26th, 2025
Pick Up Locations & 🕘 Time(s):

Round 1: 8:30 a.m. – 3:40 p.m.
City of Newburgh
City of Port Jervis

Round 2: 10:45 a.m. – 5:40 p.m.
City of Middletown
City of Port Jervis

🌟 What’s Included:
🚌 Round-trip bus transportation for youth & chaperones
🌾 5-hour immersive fair experience
🌽 2 hours of hands-on agricultural education (English & Spanish)
🍽️ Lunch voucher included for the Clover Café
🎪 Free Time to enjoy the entire Fair!

Please Note the following:
☔ Rain or Shine: This event will take place regardless of weather conditions, so come prepared for a full day of fun!

Registration:
* Registration is required for all youth and accompanying chaperone. For more details, please view the FAQ below! Once registered, please take note of your selected group’s departure and return times in your confirmation email.
*Registration will close July 14th. Waitlists will become available if buses fill.
*Youth must be accompanied by a chaperone over the age of 18 years old.
*Photo Release forms must be completed prior to pick-up.
